Flatlander Fund dinner.
A fabulous 3-course wine-paired dinner at Buvons (inside The Corkscrew). Featuring food from Blue Moon Farms, Triple S Farms, Kilgus Farmstead, and Moore Family Farm. Sandwich of the year! >>
Tonight for dinner, I designed (of course, Seth executed it) a focaccia bread ($4.50 from Pekara) sandwich. All organic ingredients: Dijon crusted rosemary turkey tenderloin ($7 per lb.), with homemade, homegrown basil + walnut pesto spread, and melted manchego ($9 per lb.)...accompanied with a yellow squash ($2) and strawberries ($4).

Stunning flowers from this Saturday's farmer's market, a set table, and our dinner! Whole organic chicken, wild mushrooms, and wild caught salmon; $60 for eight.
