Edzo's in Evanston is a must-stop spot. I'd say it's the best burger joint (tied with Kuma's Corner) in Illinois. Ed said I was the first person ever who asked to keep my milkshake in the stainless steel mixing cup. Sorry to complicate things — but I think it just tastes more delicious when it stays in there! We ordered a no-fuss, no-muss cheeseburger ($5.94) upgraded with 8 oz. of fancy organic grass-fed beef ($4 extra), a Chicago-style dog ($1.99), small fries ($1.49), and a market fresh strawberry shake ($5).
