Mistake #1: overcooking pork (PIC)

Leaving pork a little pink gives your meat better flavor and you won't get sick. When people let it cook til it turns white, it tastes bland and it's too chewy.

Chops from Moore Family Farm ($9 for two), quinoa and from Common Ground ($3), and lima beans from Meijer ($2.50).
