Amor de Mar.

On the outskirts of town, there's a small hotel called Amor de Mar. Its breakfast is reasonably priced and fresh, the iced coffee is energizing, and the homemade bread reminds me of a warm baguette from Paris. Of course, no restaurant or hotel in Montezuma is complete without a dog or a cat laying around looking for scraps or some love.

We ate: Fresh plate of fruit with yogurt and granola (3200 CRC = $6.30), eggs benedict (3800 CRC = $7.50, and an iced coffee (1500 CRC = $2.95).
