Beef before vacation.

Tango Sur, in Chicago, has easily become a beloved dining spot of mine. We ordered: Provoleta — an Argentina provolone cheese with olive oil and roasted red peppers ($7), Mollejas — beef sweetbreads ($5), ensalada with our entrees, bife de chorizo ($17), churrasco ($15), para uno ($19), and one dessert: mil hojas ($4.75).

And to make the party that much sweeter, the restaurant is BYOB. Que Syrah is located just across the street, making it impossibly convenient to add a nice Malbec to the dance.

Needless to say, we were stuffed, and we'll definitely be back.
